Depart Accra in the morning and travel through scenic countryside to the Kwahu Highlands. Arrive in Atibie and check into your mountain lodge. After lunch, take a guided tour of the area including incredible viewpoints overlooking the valleys below. Your guide will explain safety procedures and what to expect during the paragliding experience. Enjoy a cool mountain breeze while relaxing at the lodge or exploring the nearby village.
After breakfast, head to the Atibie Paragliding Launch Site. Meet your certified tandem pilot and prepare for takeoff. Glide over breathtaking landscapes, forested slopes, towns, and cliffs—an adrenaline-filled but safe experience. After your flight, enjoy refreshments and explore the festival grounds (during festival seasons). Depart Kwahu in the afternoon and return to Accra.
